You'll typically need to submit a valid government-issued ID. Completing verification early ensures there are no delays when you're ready to cash out.

You can update most account information through your profile settings once logged in. For changes to sensitive details like your registered mobile number or full name, the platform may require additional verification steps to confirm your identity before applying the update.

King79 supports Philippine-based payment options including local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as Philippine online banking and bank transfers. All deposits and transactions are conducted in PHP (Philippine Peso). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

Most deposits via e-wallets and online banking are reflected in your King79 account almost instantly. In some cases, bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit hasn't reflected after a reasonable wait, contact King79 support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method used. Check the deposit section within your account dashboard for current minimum and maximum limits per method. King79 aims to keep entry thresholds accessible for Filipino players across different budget levels.

Log into your account and navigate to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount in PHP, and submit the request. Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC complete) beforehand to avoid delays. Withdrawals are sent to your registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet.

Processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are generally faster, while bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. King79 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. You'll receive a notification once your request has been approved and sent.

Common reasons include incomplete account verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, mismatched payment details, or a balance that falls below the minimum withdrawal threshold. Check your account notifications for a specific reason and make sure all required steps have been completed. You can re-submit after resolving the issue.
